I started in the pastry field because I knew I was artistically creative, but I also have an affinity for choosing and creating ingredients, flavors, and textures. I strive to produce baked goods that are not only enchantingly beautiful to look at, but also incredible in flavor. I carefully select ingredients that are high-quality and, when possible, healthier. I only use unbleached, unbromated flour, which results in  superior flavor and a more natural product.
